The highlight of this week I’d say it was visiting Berlin. Last week was a little slow, trying to adjust again to the routine after coming back from SLOT.
We’re still learning a lot from our lessons, and the prayer moments are more and more special.
Some of my friends and me get together every night to pray and intercede for the school in general and all the activities we’re doing. The way God’s been moving in these small meetings is incredible. He’s told me many thing, He’s encouraged me and the most important part is that He’s kept me focused in the main thing, which is seeking Him.
After receiving so much, we could use a day to disconnect a little, that’s why a group of us students decided to go to Berlin on Monday, which is our day off. We left on Sunday night, spent the night in a church and on Monday we walked around the city all day. Thanks to the highways with no speed limit we got there super fast and were able to make the most of our time.
Since we didn’t have much time we visited the typical touristic places, and I really enjoyed it. After being in the country side for so long I really missed walking in the city so I was very happy! And before coming back we had typical German food, which made me even more happy haha.
As I walked around Berlin, I almost couldn’t believe that I was there. Sometimes I still can’t grasp the idea of where I am and what I’m doing. It may seem silly but it’s still so unbelievebable for me to be here. In this point of my life I’ve been in 9 different countries, I’ve learned how to say thank you in 8 different languages haha, I’ve known cultures that I never thought I’d know… this time has been a huge blessing for me. God has increased my love for the nations by being able to experience them in a more close way, and every day I’m more motivated to spread His love through the whole world.
Keep praying for me, I’m praying for you.
